Please review these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a session, enrolling in a workshop, or conducting transactions with DIVINE SHAKTI LLP.
Binding Agreement Notice
By booking a consultation, participating in sessions or workshops, or transferring payments to DIVINE SHAKTI LLP or Teena Rekhi Mariwala via ICICI V-Serve, you explicitly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Undertaking & Waiver by the Client
1.1. Personal Well-Being Responsibility: The Client acknowledges and agrees that he/she is solely responsible for their own physical, mental, emotional, psychological, and financial well-being, both during and after any session, consultation, workshop, course, programme, service, or activity provided by DIVINE SHAKTI LLP, Teena Rekhi Mariwala, its directors, employees, representatives, practitioners, or affiliates ("Service").
1.2. Spiritual & Informational Nature: The Client understands that any information, guidance, insights, suggestions, practices, or advice provided as part of the Service is intended solely for personal guidance, spiritual development, and informational purposes and is not intended to replace or substitute any medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice or services.
1.3. No Medical Treatment or Diagnosis: The Service does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition and does not replace any medical or psychological treatment that the Client is currently undergoing or may choose to undergo in the future. The Client remains solely responsible for consulting an appropriately qualified medical professional wherever required.
1.4. Client Choice & Decisions: The Client is responsible for all choices, actions, decisions, and consequences arising before, during, or after participation in any Service. The Client acknowledges that any decision made based on information or guidance received through the Service is made at their own sole discretion and responsibility.
1.5. Full Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Client agrees that DIVINE SHAKTI LLP, Teena Rekhi Mariwala, its directors, employees, representatives, practitioners, and affiliates shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, consequence, decision, or circumstance arising directly or indirectly from the Client's participation in or reliance upon any Service, including matters relating to health, body, employment, business, finances, relationships, personal circumstances, or any other aspect of life, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Terms
2.1. Session Cancellation and Rescheduling
- 48-Hour Notice Required: If a Client is unable to attend a scheduled 1-on-1 session, the Client must notify DIVINE SHAKTI LLP in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session date.
- Rescheduling Window: Subject to practitioner availability, the session may be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date within forty-five (45) days to six (6) months from the original date, after which the slot expires.
- Emergency Rescheduling by Company: In the event DIVINE SHAKTI LLP is unable to conduct a scheduled session due to emergencies or circumstances beyond control, the Client will be notified in advance and offered an alternative date.
2.2. Workshop Cancellation & Registration Terms
- Strictly Non-Refundable: Once payment has been made for any workshop or course, fees are non-refundable.
- Non-Transferable: Workshop registrations are personal to the registered individual and cannot be transferred to another person.
- No Automatic Batch Rollovers: Registrations will not ordinarily be rolled over to future batches unless approved at management discretion under exceptional circumstances.
2.3. Digital Services & ICICI V-Serve Payment Terms
- Digital Offerings Only: Divine Shakti LLP exclusively provides digital services, sessions, and online workshops. No physical goods or products are sold or shipped.
- ICICI V-Serve Processing: Online transactions are processed securely via ICICI V-Serve (ICICI Bank Merchant Gateway). All fees are collected prior to session confirmation.
Session Recordings Policy
3.1. Discretionary Provision: Session recordings may be provided in select cases at the sole discretion of DIVINE SHAKTI LLP. A recording is not an automatic or guaranteed component of every consultation or service.
3.2. Download Obligation: Where a session recording is provided, the Client must download and securely save the recording file within 24 hours of receipt.
3.3. Technical Disclaimer: DIVINE SHAKTI LLP shall not be held liable for any technical malfunction, file corruption, transmission failure, or incomplete recording during online sessions.
Workshop & Course Recordings Policy
4.1. Live Workshop Focus: Workshop recordings are provided only for specific courses as designated by DIVINE SHAKTI LLP. Recordings are not guaranteed for every live workshop.
4.2. Repeat Participant Access: Participants re-enrolling as repeat participants do not automatically receive access to updated workshop recordings unless full workshop fees are paid.
Management Discretion & Exceptions
DIVINE SHAKTI LLP reserves the right to modify, amend, or apply exceptions to these Terms & Conditions on a case-by-case basis. Any concession or adjustment granted in an individual instance shall not constitute a binding precedent or entitlement for future bookings.

Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or related to our services, website, or transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
