Cancellation & Refund Policy

1.1. Service Scope: DIVINE SHAKTI LLP provides 1-on-1 spiritual consultations, energetic clearing sessions, psychic mediumship sessions, ancestral healing, distance energy work, and online live workshops.

1.2. No Physical Products: DIVINE SHAKTI LLP currently does not manufacture, sell, or ship any physical goods, tangible merchandise, or items requiring physical courier/postage delivery. Consequently, physical shipping delivery timelines, transit damage returns, physical parcel tracking, and unboxing requirements are not applicable to any transaction on this platform.

2.1. Advance Rescheduling Notice: In the event you are unable to attend a scheduled 1-on-1 consultation or session, please notify us in writing at divineshakti97@gmail.com at least 24 to 48 hours prior to your scheduled session date.

2.2. Rescheduling Validity Period: Approved rescheduled sessions will be adjusted to a mutually agreeable date within 45 days of the original booking date, after which the session booking shall expire with no refund.

2.3. Company Rescheduling Notice: If an unforeseen emergency requires DIVINE SHAKTI LLP to adjust a session schedule, we will inform the client 24 hours in advance whenever possible and offer an alternative slot.

3.1. Strictly Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: All payments made for spiritual consultations, ancestral clearings, workshops, and courses are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to other individuals or offerings.

3.2. Full Advance Payment Required: Full payment must be received prior to the start of any scheduled session, consultation, or workshop.

3.3. ICICI V-Serve Gateway Transactions: Online payments made through our website or direct booking links are processed securely via ICICI V-Serve (ICICI Bank Merchant Services payment gateway). In exceptional cases where an authorized refund or adjustment is granted at management discretion, the credit will be refunded through ICICI V-Serve to the original payment source.

All payments processed via ICICI V-Serve comply with standard PCI-DSS security guidelines. Any third-party transaction surcharges or bank processing fees (where applicable) are presented during payment checkout.
